Mo Money Mo Money Mo Money!

The weirdest thing happened today.

I came home and found something in the mail- a check.  Apparently I got a refund from my old car loan when I purchased the new car.  It's not much- a few hundred dollars, but I can't seem to figure out what to do with the money.

Do I put it in savings?

Do I pull cash and put it in my little emergency funds in my room I've been trying to save for (trying to save $500 cash in case of emergency)?

Do I buy some groceries or maybe some shit I need?  Do I buy some more emergency stuff that I've had to put on hold because I am on a limited budget?

Do I split it up between these things?

WHAT DO I DO WITH IT?

Weird that finding money would kind of stress me out.  This is where I'm at in my life right now- good things are causing me to weird out. Ha.

  1. In my opinion you should put half in your emergency fund and half in getting emergency stuff. Either way you wanted to do this with money and why not put it to good use! And it will be less stress in getting money together for these things! It should be a relief that its one less thing to worry about!

  4. Holla! I lurve me some unexpected moola. I am with the savers on this.......but I think you should take $50 and blow it. Just buy something you want, get your hair done. A new outfit for the new job. I think it will make you feel so much better. =)

  5. I would go get a mani/pedi and massage! I'm not the best at tucking money away, sad but true.

  6. Save it until you decide..don't let it burn a hole in your pocket. It's a good thing! :)
