Gotta adjust, then add in the exercise routine. 8lbs isn't too bad but its good your catching it now before it turns into double that. I understand how stress tends to turn us back to old habits. I did that myself. But I'm trying to learn the triggers so I stop the auto-grab bad food thing. Work in progress. You'll get there. Its always nice to gain a new perspective with life changing events. Those people are wonderful. They really made a difference for me. When I was at my highest weight I was in a wheelchair because my back wouldn't support me anymore. It took some help to get me up and walking again after I started losing weight.
